Haryana Health Department Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 168
Name of the Posts: Medical Officer (HCMS – II) 

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 22 to 45 years as on 01-10-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in Medicine and Surgery of a recognized University or any recognized equivalent degree of any other University or Institutions recognized by the Medical Council of India and should have Adequate knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- for reserve category and should be deposited in the Haryana Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04, Minor Head 800 Sub Head 98 51 “0210-Medical and Public Health, 01-Urban Health Services, 800-Other Receipt (92)-Other Items” or through Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula Payable at Panchkula.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with relevant testimonials, certificates (attested) and two recent passport size photographs, One photograph should be pasted on right hand top corner at the space provided in the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied for should be sent to Director General Health Services, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula on or before 16-12-2013.
