Educational Qualifications:

Masters degree in Urban Planning/Economics/Law with experience minimum one year (for Project Officer) and three to seven years (for Senior Project Officer) with good writing skills. Field and research experience and experience of writing research reports in areas related to urban development/municipal finance and ability to use advanced computer applications are desirable.
