Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree (55% and above) in Social Sciences/ Public Policy/ Economics/ Statistics/ Econometrics/ Management/ Rural Management/ Development Studies/ ICT/ Geo-informatics/ Natural Resources Management/ Agriculture Economics/ Agriculture Extension with Ph.D. in the relevant areas along with a minimum 7 years of experience in teaching in a recognized University or training and / or research in any recognized Institution/ Consultancy
