  1. General Manager (Projects) - 01

  2. Qualification : Candidate should have passed Post Graduate Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Social Science/ Veterinary Science or Bachelor of Engineering or C.A./ ICWA from a recognized and reputed University / Institute.
    Experience : Minimum 17 years out of which 14 years post qualification experience at Senior Managerial level in the field of project identification, project appraisal, project financing, monitoring and evaluation of the schemes in banks / financial institutions / Govt. Deptts./ PSUs or private sector organization of repute.
    Pay Scale : Rs.43200-3%-66000/-P.M.
    Age Limit : 50 Years

  3. Deputy General manager (Finance & Accounts) - 01

  4. Qualification : Candidate should have passed CA/CWA/MBA (Finance)
    Experience : 15 years experience out of which, 12 years post qualification experience at Senior Managerial level in the field of Corporate Planning, Financial Policies, Financial Appraisal, Management of Funds, Investment, Recovery, Budgeting and Accounting, Taxation, Audit with specialized experience of project Finance & recovery system in large bank / Financial Institute/Govt. Department/PSUs or Pvt. Sector of repute.
    Pay Scale : Rs.36600-3%-62000/-P.M.
    Age Limit : 50 Years

  5. Chief Manager (Projects) - 01

  6. Qualification : Candidate should have passed (i) Post graduate degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Social Science/ Veterinary Science or Bachelor of Engineering or C.A./ ICWA from recognized and reputed university /institute
    Experience : 10 years experience out of which 08 years post qualification experience at Middle Managerial level in the field of Project Identification, Scrutiny, Appraisal, Execution & Evaluation in banks /financial institutions / Govt. Deptt /Public sector undertakings or private sector organization of repute.
    Pay Scale : Rs.29100-3%-54500/-P.M.
    Age Limit : 40 Years

  7. Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) - 02

  8. Qualification : Candidate should have passed CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).
    Experience : 5 years experience out of which 3 years should be of Supervisory level in the field of Corporate planning, Financial Policies, Financial Appraisal, Management of Funds, Investment Recovery, Budgeting and Accounting, Taxation, Audit with specialized experience of Project, Finance and recovery system in large bank / Financial Institute / Govt. Department / PSUs or Pvt. Sector of repute. ii) Knowledge of computer.
    Pay Scale : Rs.16400-3%-40500/-P.M.
    Age Limit : 32 Years

  9. CCT-cum-Computer Operator - 01

  10. Qualification : Candidate should have passed Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with six months Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized University / ITI / Institute and Typing Speed of 40 wpm in English and Hindi
    Experience : One year experience in the relevant field of reputed PSU / Govt. / Private Organization
    Pay Scale : Rs.11550-3%-20550/-P.M.
